To WOW, you must differentiate yourself, which means do something unconventional and innovative. Whatever you do, it must have an emotional effect upon the receiver. LibAbun expects every team member to deliver 'WOW'.

It must be good for you, good for others & good for the greater good!

Everything we do must be good for you, good for others, and good for the greater good. That is what we define as ‘A win-win-win situation’. We will only conduct activities when we can say, “Yes” to all 3 of these areas. If we are aware or uncertain if whatever we consider doing may not be good for ourselves, others, and the greater good, then we will find a better way. This is a simple test we will always do before making decisions to act.
