Libabun’s company culture is our USP. It’s is simply unique and therefore nigh impossible to replicate. We literally are ‘Liberators of Abundance’ which is where our brand name – ‘LibAbun’ originates from. ‘Lib-Abun’ is an abbreviation for ‘Liberators of Abundance’.
Everything we do has to be a win-win-win. If its not we wont do it or we will put it right so it is a win-win-win. We always seek a win, win, win situation. A toxic culture leads to scarcity, friction, anxiety and fear. An abundance culture means a win/win. It means building people that feel they are 7-feet tall. It means helpful service, higher engagement, profitability, customer retention and team retention.
